Materials and construction
Waxed leather is top-grain cowhide finished with oil and wax. It is softer to the touch than plain leather, and the creases lighten and shade over time; that patina is the point of the material, not a flaw. Seat cushions are a feather-blend core; back cushions are feather and fibre.
Care and delivery
Waxed leather does not need conditioning; wipe it with a dry cloth. Water leaves a dark mark that disappears as it dries. Each piece is built to order and checked before it leaves the factory.
