Shipping, returns and warranty

Sea freight is priced by packing volume and shown at checkout for the United States and Canada; other countries are quoted by our team.
Made-to-order pieces take about 35 to 45 days to build, plus roughly 40 days at sea to the US West Coast or 45 days to Canada. Once payment is confirmed, your order page shows the estimated delivery date and the production stage.
After customs clearance our partner carrier delivers to your door and calls ahead to book a time.

Inspect the packaging and surfaces when you sign for delivery. If anything was damaged in transit, leave a message on the order page within 48 hours with photos and we will send replacement parts, repair, or exchange the piece at our cost.
Returns for reasons other than a defect: made-to-order furniture cannot be returned; in-stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging, with shipping both ways paid by the buyer. Refunds are sent in USDT to the wallet that paid.
Pieces made in a custom colour or size cannot be returned or exchanged.

Frame and structure: 5 years. Foam, leather and fabric: 2 years against cracking, sagging or seam failure under normal use. Hardware and mechanisms: 2 years.
Damage from misuse, pets, direct sunlight and normal wear is not covered.

Everything is priced and paid in USDT on TRC20 (Tron) or BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain).
After you place an order, the order page shows a unique amount and the receiving address. Send exactly that amount; once the transfer is confirmed on chain, the order moves into production automatically.
The payment window is shown on the order page; unpaid orders are cancelled when it closes and can simply be placed again. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
